All products are eligible for exchange with any other available product of equal or higher value. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Window

To request an exchange, please notify us via our official WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, an exchange will be processed upon verification. A clear 360-degree unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory to initiate an exchange for damaged items. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

4. Exchange Process

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange steps and share details for returning the original item.
